“I love walking into the hotel and you can smell how clean it was The staff was very helpful and answered all my questions Everyone I came in contact with was extremely nice and sweet the rooms were wonderful and I love the shower with the seat very roomy very clean. The breakfast was fine also for coming with the room the area was clean. The food tasted OK could’ve been a little warmer, but besides that for a free breakfast it was pretty good if I ever go up to Waterloo again I’ll definitely...

“Please never stay at this spot if the rate is more than $100 per night. Our sheets had an old spot of blood. There was a used washcloth on the shower. The breakfast was beyond lame. Grossest spot I’ve stayed at in my adult life.”

“This was our first stay at Nightshade. My son lives in Marcellus and we were looking for a place that was close to him, economical, and clean. We found this place to be ideally located, and I can't say enough about our beautiful smiling host! It was great to have coffee and light breakfast items available before we headed out for our day. We will certainly be back in the future.”

“What kitchen?? amenities, small tube of shampoo and towels no hand soap the room could use a deep clean but there were no bugs”

“Very helpful and friendly front desk staff at check in. The kids enjoyed the pool, the beds were comfy. Breakfast was the standard continental breakfast.”

“Woke up and went in bathroom. Covered in bugs. All over wall, crawling around sink and shower. Mentioned to the front desk clerk, and she couldn’t have cared less. Not even a sorry about that. Just checked me out and sent us on way.”
